How Do I Know My Order Is verified?


Once your payment is authorized and your order is completed, you'll admit an dispatch and SMS  attesting the order placement. You would be  handed the order number, details of the order and the  quantum you have paid.

In case you need any  backing in placing an order, please drop in a correspondence requesting for a call-  reverse, and we ’ll call you to  help you for any issues in placing the order through our website or what's app whichever is accessible.    


DO YOU DELIVER IN MY Position?

MY PAYMENT HAS FAILED? WHAT SHOULD I DO?

We've a flexible 7 days no questions asked exchange policy which is absolutely  client friendly. However, you can change it as long as the  ensuing conditions are met  If you don't find the product( s) satisfying or size issues.  Product is unused,  ignoble and in original condition with a seal. You're welcome to try on a product but please take acceptable measures to  save its condition  completely.  The price  markers, brand  markers, packing box and all original packaging must be present.  The product must be changed within 7 days.    


CAN I Change ONE PRODUCT FROM MY ORDER ?


Yes. You can  select the products in the order which you wish to change from our ‘ My Orders ’  runner in your account.     


WHEN WILL THE PRODUCT BE PICKED UP?  Generally, the products will be volleyed up from your address within 2- 3 days after the exchange request is raised. In case of any detainments or issues, please drop us a correspondence and we ’ll be happy to help resent. The product must be changed within 7 days.
